Based in national trust car park for clent hills. Not run by NT. Limited food choices but great bacon and sausage butties. Very Al fresco but nice place to start or end your walk.
This is a NT car park with a snack bar catering for people taking their dogs for a walk in NT woodland & hills. It's great for what it is but is basic. People who run it are very pleasant, it does what it says & uses lovely bread for sandwiches .
Delicious bacon sandwiches here.. sadly we didn't have enough cash! So just hot drinks and sniffed the air. Had the sandwiches before really tasty, fresh bread good quality bacon and sausages! Makes a big difference. And you can get a sausage no bread for the dog . Remember CASH ONLY
This place is a fantastic place to start your walk up and around the client Hills, with public toilets on the side of the cafe which serves hot and cold drinks and food with ample seating (in the open) to enjoy the views, the car park has three off shoots for parking spots but they dont connect with each other so when busy you may need to reverse out. One star short of five as the menu is limited (but thats due to the size of the kitchen and serving area maybe a possible expansion would help??) staff are please try and helpful.
