Just spoke to a receptionist who thought my concern that my daughter has measles funny, unprofessional and extremely inappropriate. Not happy.

Dr David Richards and Dr Janet Richards were caring for my mum at the end of her life. They were both such compassionate people, giving my mum the best care that anyone could receive.Not only did they care for mum, but they were so supportive to me. I promised my mum that she would not go into care and both of them enabled me to have her in my home. What an absolute privilege this was for me. I was able to give my mum something, after my lifetime of mum being there for me.. Thank you David and Janet. I will be forever in your debt. Jackie peers

I rushed into the Hagley surgery at lunch time today with my 4 year old son, who in the spate of 5 minutes had gone from eating his lunch to being floppy, unresponsive, burning up, shaking and generally not well. Dr Ali and the nurses were wonderful, gave him a complete going over, really helped me and referred us on the hospital. After spending the afternoon there, we are delighted to be home and with nothing more scary than a bad viral infection. I am so glad we live near to such an excellent facility. Thank you so much.
