We called in to take a look at some stoves. We're in the middle of renovations and we won't be ready to buy for another few months but even so Sean spent a long time talking with us. He was incredibly helpful, and very candid describing the different experiences he has had with manufacturers over the years. When you buy a stove you look at the design and technical specs, but only by talking to someone with Sean's experience can you learn about the attitude of different manufacturers if you do have problems subsequently. Very impressed.
Excellent customer service. Aftercare service is superb and Sean will do his best to ensure you have no problems. His recommended fitter done a great job too. Truly brilliant.

Purchased a stove and a clay beam. The staff were helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with. We'll be replacing another stove in the near future and I'll happily deal with them again.
I am disappointed with the company and its directors. The wood burner and installation was very expensive but they failed to secure the chimney with the cap so I have had squirrels and birds getting in and destroying the interiors (see picture). This costed me a fortune to replace the internal bricks and order them from Denmark. The company miserably failed to address the issue. I spent 5000 on their service and they refused to put a 10 cap on the chimney.Expensive but unprofessional and treat customers badly.
