I rang this firm to take on an Equality Act case but Mr. Eunice didn't seem to know anything about the Equality act and said a pharmacy refusing to deliver my medication, a service they offer to disabled persons, does not contravene the Act even though they are legally obliged to make reasonable adjustments for disabled persons. I had already been advised by a city firm who cannot proceed with case because of time limitations under the Equality Act and offered compensation which Mr. Eunice contradicted.
I can only speak of the wills, trust and inheritance tax department but I do know this firm have a superior knowledge on these matters. I am a financial adviser and this firm came highly recommended by a prominent IHT adviser so they are my go-to firm for all my clients needs.
