Janet is my Hero she always manages to sort my back & sciatic pain, I have been seeing Janet for a few years now she never forces appointments on you, I know I can ring up anytime my back, leg pain is playing up and she always welcomes me, I trust her 100%. Vicky the receptionist is always professional and caring and you can tell both Janet & Vicky love their jobs this shows in the way they treat all their patients always leave there feeling good and after a few treatment sessions I can see and feel the difference.If anyone is suffering with a bad back or sciatic pain then this is the place to go, she also does other physio treatment but I can only put a review about the treatment I have received over the years which is excellent I wouldn't go anywhere else.
This Lady (Janet) is brilliant - I have seen her a few times for various little niggles - but a couple of weeks back for no apparent reason my back just seized up leaving me in agony. I didn't have an appointment - but Janet offered to see me in her lunch break on the same day. In just 3 sessions Janet had worked her magic and my back was in a so much better state.She sorts things out very quickly - and in my experience she never strings you along giving more treatment than you require - she suggests some exercises but doesn't overload with you then like some physios do.Highly recommended.

Very Poor Service! Beware!! Janet Reading is a very disrespectful lady. I contacted Janet Reading as I was interested in making an appointment. She was very rude over the phone and very unprofessional. She quoted me twice as much as the prices shown on their website. I believe she thought I wouldn't be able to check due to my age. She treated me horribly and kept pushing me to take an appointment on a day I specifically said I wasn't able to do. When I explained I wasn't able to make it that day because I had to get a lift from my daughter and she wasn't available that day, she responded "well thats not my problem love. it is what it is" making me feel very invaluable as a customer/patient. she made me very upset with her bitter comments about my age, hearing and the need to be driven over to her. I DO NOT recommend Romsley Physiotherapy Practice to anyone especially my generation. Janet Reading has no respect for others and as a business you should care about your clients. She wasted my time and I really do hope she doesn't get to treat anyone else the way she treated me. Please be careful. Dr R J Hodgson.
