Went there for an enquiry. Got shown around. Very clean. Very nice place. Staff always interact with animals. Better than a lot of places out there. Will be using in the future if needed.

We have used these kennels a few times and its always been fine. However, we dropped our 3 dogs off there for a short 24 hour stay on Friday 27th July and when we picked them up they smelt really strong of wee. It was so bad we had to book them into the groomers the same afternoon. Also, they all seemed desperate to go to the toilet and were all desperate for a drink. They were clearly neglected and they all seemed exhausted. They will definitely not be going back to these kennels. If you care about the welfare of your dogs, avoid this place.
Just picked our 3 dogs up from another holiday at Broadmarsh and as always they have been looked after with such care and attention. The kennels and grounds are immaculate; the dogs are walked every day and the staff are wonderfully caring and know our dogs names and their personalities. Fabulous.
