Called up to order some parts. Stephen was so incredibly helpful, made sure I ordered the correct parts, kept me up to date with the process from order to delivery. He is a great asset to the business.
LAUGHABLE !!I saw a car on Auto Trader priced at 3875.00, spoke to a chap on the chat assist and arranged to view. I got there 2 minutes after closing the first time only to be told they were closed which was fair enough but nobody took a name , number details etc even though I said I was there to buy a car ?.The next day my wife and daughter go back , only to find the car price had increased to 4,400 !!! Thats over a 20% increase ! When I called and enquired as to what was happening I got transferred to a young kid who was the sales manager from head office who couldnt help ....let alone wouldnt help, he had zero ability to look at the situation and kept regurgitating stock answers computer says no.I have seen bad review after bad review online and thought surely this must be the odd person over egging the situation but now I believe This dealership is as bad as people say, Clueless !I have subsequently found an identical car , in colour, age with lower mileage for cheaper than priced intially ...My advice dont bother , shop around !!!!
Where do I start. Well we emailed Evans Halshaw for a quote for the price of our car and they came back with a price. The price was great, best quote we had had. So we booked an appointment. We drove 45 minutes to come and as we walked into the store we got greeted very poorly. Whoever was working today at 4 pm has shocking customer service. He gave so much attitude and refused to give a valuation. Even though we had all the other paperwork. All we wanted was someone to look at the car and see if it could be bought by the garage. I am honestly appalled by the mans attitude towards us, he was so rude. We will not ever return back and we will take our business somewhere else.
Went to buy a used car from there today and was served by Alex. Was treated well and Alex was very professional and courteous. Will use Evan's Halshaw again.
