Don't know which staff were there when other customers visited this dealership, but the experience I got was not helpful at all, I had a warranty query and they didn't seem interested saying that Mazda probably wouldn't pay as it was a wear and tear item, but they never offered to try and take photos etc to make a request, so I basically had to ask if they would do that, but I still got a negative response, I requested a full owners manual from them, I was told we don't have them, we can't get one, why do you want one anyway?I also had quite a bad experience with the parts department when I requested the said owners manual I could go on and on!I decided to take my business to Edwards Mazda Worcester where I received 5* service.It was double the mileage for me to go to Edwards but well worth it.
Bought a very nice BMW from this dealer in excellent condition and well looked after. I was happy enough with the Car alone but the Service you get from this dealership is second to none. Buy with Confidence. Thanks to Steve, Adam, and Clive. Great bunch of friendly sales staff. ( Not pushy at all so do try )
Always get a good service here, reasonable prices and courtesy car available for booking. Only downside now is paying for fuel for the courtesy car which is a new thing!Staff update you quickly on work that needs doing and don't carry out extra work without your approval. Handy opening hours as well
Received excellent service having a repair to my mazda 6. Was kept informed throughout its time there and and excellent job was made. Car is like it was new!! Thanks to the team.
Dealership is spotless and modern. All the cars inside are open so you can try them out for size without having to ask. Sales people are there and helpful without being pushy.We have bought two new cars from them and look forward to getting the same excellent service when it comes time to get them serviced!The only thing I can think to say even remotely negative is the customer parking can be a bit tight out the back.
