However I was shocked to find out that they instruct the legal to block you getting accelerated fast possession on your property and only the long drawn out process on possession and rent arrears. They are only interested in recovering the debt and not your possession. They only pay rent for 6 months so be prepared to loose rent at your own expenses for 3 to 6 months
The absolute worst experince ever, LIM will wriggle out of paying for works and blame small print which is very well hidden and ambiguous so to challenge them we have to pay out even more.
The drain outside my house had blocked and left me without a working toilet. I called LIMemergency who were very friendly and said they would send an engineer out within 4 hours. Within 3 hours, the engineer had been, removed the blockage and left. I even had a call after a couple of hours to confirm I was happy with the service received!Excellent Service, would definitely recommend.
I cannot convey strongly enough how unprofessional they are. Completely taking advantage of technicalities in order to avoid providing the appropriate level of sevice.Be careful when agreeing to the fine print of their contract/T&Cs
