Try and get a refund on a policy charged me 60.00for one month's insurance on my Honda Bentley what a rip off.

i inadvertently deleted the e mail with my insurance docs on..a simple mistake. This company then asked nearly 16 to just resend the same e mail !!! i protested..i dont have my policy number and could not ring breakdown because i have no details. So how do they help their customer? By fining them a disgusting amount to press a button. Do they really think i will renew with them ? What a greedy stupid attitude to repeat business. Be Warned after sales service is VILE!
